With a career spanning 29 years in senior living and healthcare, Audrey McKee proudly serves as the Executive Director of Serenity Empire in Marietta. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held key roles in respected organizations, including Sunrise Assisted Living, Atria Assisted Living, and The Parc at Piedmont. In August 2012, while at The Parc at Piedmont, Audrey assumed the position of Personal Care Manager, where she played a pivotal role in developing policies and procedures for the assisted living neighborhood, contributing to the organization’s commitment to excellence.

Since joining Serenity Empire at Marietta, Audrey has found the most fulfillment in the relationships she builds with the residents, cherishing the joy and connection she shares with them. Their smiles and warm embraces continue to be the highlight of her day. Audrey’s leadership philosophy is deeply influenced by the values instilled in her by her mother, which have shaped her compassionate approach to managing the team and maintaining high standards of care.
