Ambassador Isaac Essel is a Ghanaian-American entrepreneur, wealth creation architect, and community leader dedicated to bridging nations through business, healthcare, and global investment. He serves as President of Serenity Empire USA, President & CEO of Serenity Global Investment Group, and Managing Director of Adom Clinic in Ghana, which specializes in mental and behavioral health care.
With more than 20 years of experience in Corporate America, Isaac contributed to global brands such as PepsiCo, Nestlé Purina, and Sony Corporation, managing high-profile projects and mentoring future leaders. In 2022, Senator Donzella James appointed him the United States Georgia Diaspora Ambassador to the 35th Senate District, honoring his commitment to diaspora investment and cultural exchange.
As the visionary leader behind Serenity Empire, Isaac has been the driving force behind its transformation from one small home into seven thriving senior living communities with more on the horizon. His strategic leadership continues to shape the organization’s growth and impact in senior living.
On March 15, 2023, the Georgia Senate recognized his leadership with Senate Resolution 333. Isaac earned his degree in International Business from Williams Baptist University in Arkansas. He serves on the Board of the Ghana Diaspora Chamber of Commerce, is President of the Young Ghanaians Investors’ Club of Atlanta, and is an active member of multiple chambers of commerce across Georgia.
Beyond business, Isaac is a devoted husband and father, a passionate soccer enthusiast, a car fanatic, and an active member of the Douglas County Men’s Fellowship. His life reflects a balance of faith, family, and the pursuit of generational wealth and legacy.

Ava Smith serves as the Director of Empress Affairs & Lifestyle at Serenity Empire Senior Living Communities, where she operates as the strategic right hand to Empress Henrietta Essel. In this executive leadership role, Ava ensures alignment, execution, and excellence across all Empress-led initiatives, upholding the highest standards of service, brand integrity, and operational performance.
With over three decades of experience spanning financial management, compliance, human resources, and community development, Ava brings a rare combination of operational discipline and people-centered leadership. Her career has been defined by her ability to build structure where needed, elevate systems, and drive measurable outcomes—all while maintaining a deep commitment to dignity, compassion, and service.
Prior to stepping into this role, Ava served as Business Office Manager, where she oversaw financial operations within our main Serenity Empire community, strengthening fiscal performance, streamlining processes, and supporting organizational stability. Her leadership extended beyond numbers—serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership and a steady presence for both staff and families.
As Director of Empress Affairs & Lifestyle, Ava now leads at a broader, more strategic level—managing executive communications, coordinating leadership initiatives, supporting sales and marketing performance, and overseeing the Empress Luxury Event Destination. She plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations across departments while curating elevated experiences that reflect the Serenity Empire brand.
Known for her discretion, initiative, and ability to execute with excellence, Ava is a natural relationship builder who thrives in high-level environments requiring both precision and heart. She embodies The Empress Standard—leading with grace, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to quality in every detail.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Veneshia relocated to Marietta, Georgia, in 2013 to pursue both personal and professional growth. She earned her associate’s degree in psychology from Lawson State Community College in 2010, which sparked a passion for supporting others and creating positive environments. This educational background has played a key role in shaping her approach to both her career and personal life.
Since moving to Georgia, Veneshia has gained valuable experience across various fields, including warehouse logistics, apartment staffing, caregiving, leasing, and customer service. In 2018, she found her true calling at Serenity Empire in Marietta, where she has had the privilege of growing alongside an incredible community. Over the past seven years, Veneshia has progressed from a Concierge/Caregiver to a full- time Concierge, eventually transitioning into her current role as Business Office Manager. In this capacity, she manages the daily administrative operations, financial records, staff coordination, office supplies, and communication between residents, families, and the team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for everyone at Serenity Empire.

Nukisha Parker-Clayton has dedicated over 12 years to the healthcare industry, blending her expertise with a deep sense of compassion in every role she undertakes. Since her move from Oxford, Mississippi, to Georgia in 2012, she has consistently advanced in her career, creating positive, lasting impacts in each community she serves. With a wealth of experience in patient care and a commitment to fostering enriching environments, Nukisha has become known not only for her professionalism but also for her genuine dedication to improving the lives of those around her.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nukisha is a woman of vibrant personality, bringing energy and enthusiasm into everything she does. Passionate about cooking, dancing, and creating joyful experiences for her residents and their families, she has a rare ability to make people feel truly at home. Joseph Yankey brings a diverse background of experience in maintenance, operations, media, and technical services. From 2010 to 2014, he worked with AG Row Senior Living, building a foundation in facility support and management. He then dedicated eight years to Mt. Paran Christian School in Kennesaw, where he served in maintenance and as a studio and floor manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Expanding his expertise, Joseph transitioned back into the printing and graphic design industry with Image360 Kennesaw, where he contributed for three years in design and production. His technical knowledge is supported by formal training, holding certifications in Networking and Information Technology, along with diplomas and certifications in Electrical Engineering and Plumbing Engineering.
Joseph serves as Maintenance Manager at Serenity Empire in Marietta Senior Living, where his leadership and hands on expertise help ensure the highest standards of safety, functionality, and comfort for residents and staff. In addition, Joseph brings creative and technical skills to media and ministry work, serving in Burden Studio for Media and Church as a sound engineer.

Jeslyn’s leadership abilities were evident as she rose to the position of Manager at Serenity Empire’s East Point location, exemplifying her commitment to excellence and her passion for serving others.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Jeslyn is deeply rooted in her community, volunteering in the infant ministry at her church to provide care and support for the youngest members. She is also gaining valuable insights into investing through mentorship from her father, Ambassador Isaac Essel, and has demonstrated impressive financial discipline by investing her earnings from an early age. Even during school breaks, Jeslyn remains actively involved in Serenity Empire, contributing to operations and key decision-making processes. With her hands-on experience, community engagement, financial expertise, and healthcare focus, Jeslyn embodies the essence of a Next Generation Leader, poised to shape Serenity Empire’s future in medicine, healthcare leadership, and investment strategy.
