Ava Smith brings over three decades of experience in financial management, compliance, human resources, and community development to her role as Business Office Manager. In her current role, she is responsible for managing income and expenses across four Serenity Empire communities, supporting operational efficiency and financial stability.

Ava’s professional background includes leadership in program and compliance management, quality assurance development, and the oversight of multimillion-dollar housing initiatives. She has a strong foundation in budgeting, vendor relations, staff training, and contract negotiations.

Completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the New York Institute of Technology with a HUD Housing Counseling Certification, Ava’s qualifications position her to contribute significantly to operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance and advancing financial performance across all assigned locations, making her a perfect fit for the Serenity team.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ava remains actively engaged in community service, mentoring initiatives, and volunteer efforts that support both senior populations and youth in aviation.
