My name is Anicke Ndayikeza, and I was born in Tanzania on January 1, 1996. I began my career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a role I’ve proudly held for eight years. My passion for caring for others and creating meaningful connections led me to my current position  as an Activity Coordinator, where I design and lead engaging programs that bring joy, purpose, and community to those I serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and continuously learning new things that enrich both my personal and professional life. I’m deeply committed to making a positive impact on the people around me and creating environments where everyone feels valued and supported.

I am a certified Home Manager, Food and Nutrition Specialist, Chef, CNA, and CMA. Originally born in Jamaica, I grew up overseas and speak multiple languages, which has allowed me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. With over 23 years of professional experience, I have owned and operated my own restaurant, and worked extensively in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and senior living communities.

From a young age, I have been known for my kindness, compassion, and helpful nature. I take pride in my strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and the ability to remain resilient even in challenging situations. As a people-focused professional, I constantly push myself to grow, and my dedication has positively impacted the lives of many individuals under my care.

Sharline Dandrade serves as the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) at Serenity Empire Senior Living, where she plays a key role in overseeing the daily care and well-being of residents. With a strong background in senior care and a passion for helping others, she ensures that every resident receives individualized attention and support tailored to their unique needs.

Sharline is known for her compassionate approach, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. She works closely with residents, families, and team members to create a warm, nurturing environment where seniors feel valued, respected, and truly at home.

Nukisha Parker-Clayton has dedicated over 12 years to the healthcare industry, blending her expertise with a deep sense of compassion in every role she undertakes. Since her move from Oxford, Mississippi, to Georgia in 2012, she has consistently advanced in her career, creating positive, lasting impacts in each community she serves. With a wealth of experience in patient care and a commitment to fostering enriching environments, Nukisha has become known not only for her professionalism but also for her genuine dedication to improving the lives of those around her.
